Troubleshooting Health Metrics in MSSP Portal

These are some of the scenarios in which data is not displayed in the Health overview dashboard:

  • Issue: No health metrics data displayed under the Health Overview section of the Dashboard.

    Workaround: Enable ASA Health Monitoring in Settings > General Settings to monitor your ASA devices. For more information, see Enable or Disable ASA Health Monitoring in the MSSP Portal.

  • Issue: No ASA devices have been onboarded.

    Workaround: Navigate to the Security Devices in the Security Cloud Control platform to onboard your Secure Firewall ASA devices. Ensure that devices are properly onboarded before you begin to monitor them. For more information, see Enable Device Health Metrics.

  • Issue: The device is unreachable.

    Workaround: Check the connectivity of the device, and ensure that the device is online. To verify and troubleshoot connectivity issues, log in to the Security Devices page in the Security Cloud Control platform. Select the device on your tenant, and from the right drawer, navigate to Device Actions > Monitoring > Health.
